Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation (AI, Cloud & Smart City)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale digital transformation programmes in Abu Dhabi, focusing on AI, cloud, data analytics and smart‑city solutions for government and public‑sector organisations. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end transformation roadmaps, operating models and governance frameworks.
• Drive programmes that incorporate artificial intelligence, cloud services, data platforms, analytics and automation.
• Manage multi‑vendor ecosystems, contracts, SLAs and KPI performance.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, prioritisation sessions and steering‑committee reviews.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across technology, operations, product, compliance and external delivery partners.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project or programme management experience in technology‑driven transformation.
• Proven track record delivering AI, cloud, data, analytics or smart‑city projects in government, public sector, transportation, financial services or large enterprises.
• Extensive experience managing multiple external vendors and system integrators.
• Strong stakeholder management with C‑suite, government authorities and cross‑functional teams.
