Senior Project Manager – Facilities & Infrastructure

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead facilities and infrastructure projects within a large‑scale, 24/7 operational environment. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards while coordinating with contractors, consultants and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple facilities and infrastructure projects from planning through handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers; monitor progress against KPIs.
• Prepare scopes, specifications, tender documents and regular status reports.
• Oversee procurement, tendering, contractor selection and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HS&E requirements and regulatory permits.
• Monitor contractor performance, resolve technical or commercial issues and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience delivering facilities or infrastructure projects in complex, operationally critical environments.
• Proven ability to manage several concurrent projects and large contractor teams.
