Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

Parsons is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of complex infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing construction execution, client and stakeholder engagement, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control all business, technical, commercial, fiscal and administrative functions of assigned infrastructure projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, allocate responsibilities and mobilise resources to achieve project objectives.
• Act as primary client interface, manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate scope changes.
• Develop and implement project execution, health‑and‑safety, quality, environmental and risk management plans.
• Oversee contractor performance, construction supervision, contract administration and coordination with consultants, utility authorities and government bodies.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations and company quality management systems.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and performance management for project personnel.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities for additional services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical/business field.
• Minimum 18 years of experience in design and construction of infrastructure projects, with experience in the UAE/GCC preferred.
• Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from construction through handover.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams in a project management capacity.
