Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor medium to large‑scale infrastructure projects, delivering on time, within scope and budget.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and fostering repeat business.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implement claims‑avoidance strategies, and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi government standards.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, promoting collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee design management processes, ensuring design deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven track record with medium to large‑scale projects and design management.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi government entities, standard consultancy agreements and D&B contracts.
