Senior Project Manager

About the role

Cognite is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end Industrial AI implementation projects for large, asset‑intensive customers. You will own the full project lifecycle, from contract signing through deployment, adoption and measurable value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex AI implementation projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality are met.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists and Product teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Translate customer objectives into success metrics and run Value Realisation Workshops.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, revenue recognition and profitability reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, chair steering committees and provide clear communication throughout the project.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and scope changes while maintaining governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale, technology‑focused projects in industrial environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and commercial teams.
