Senior Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction

About the role

Azizi is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑end luxury residential villa and mansion projects in Dubai. You will oversee the full development lifecycle, from blueprint to final build, ensuring design intent and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of luxury villa and mansion construction projects.
• Supervise and inspect architectural and interior fit‑out works for compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and mock‑ups.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, implementing quality control procedures and regular site inspections.
• Identify risks and propose proactive solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Minimum 20 + years of experience in construction and project management.
• Proven track record in site supervision and inspection of architectural and interior design works.
• Extensive experience managing luxury residential villa and mansion projects with high‑end finishes.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in architectural detailing.
• In‑depth knowledge of high‑end interior finishes and luxury construction standards.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑value projects simultaneously.
