Senior Project Manager – Marble & Granite Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead prestigious marble, granite and natural stone projects from concept through hand‑over. The role demands a proactive leader who can coordinate design, production, logistics and installation while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Manage project plans, milestones, resources and execution strategies from kickoff to final hand‑over.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, factory, procurement and site teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and contracts to guarantee smooth execution.
• Oversee shop drawings, material approvals, mock‑ups, fabrication, delivery and installation.
• Monitor progress, productivity, material utilization, quality and overall performance.
• Identify risks, technical issues and delays early and implement corrective actions.
• Control budgets, variations, claims and profitability in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Lead project meetings, produce accurate progress reports and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager in marble, granite or natural stone projects.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from design to installation.
• Excellent coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk mitigation effectively.
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers, supervisors and site staff.
