Senior Property Consultant

About the role

Red Castle is looking for an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join its Business Bay office. The role focuses on generating new business, presenting property opportunities, and closing sales in a high‑performance, diverse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new real‑estate opportunities in Dubai.
• Present property listings to clients and negotiate deals.
• Maintain and update client information using the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold company standards.

Required profile

• Strong drive, tenacity, and ability to generate new business.
• Team‑oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional presence, confidence, and proven ability to present and close deals.
• Active RERA Broker ID or Broker Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real‑estate experience.
• Own car and valid UAE driver’s licence.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
• CRM and general computer skills.
