Senior Property Manager

About the role

Driven Asset Management is looking for a Senior Property Manager in Dubai to handle the day-to-day management of assigned properties. The role covers tenant relations, property operations, financial reporting, compliance and owner representation, with the aim of keeping tenants satisfied, resolving maintenance issues promptly and staying compliant with tenancy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Tenant and lease management: screening, onboarding and move-in/move-out processes; administering leases, renewals and amendments; enforcing lease terms and property rules; collecting rent, monitoring arrears and handling security deposits
• Leasing support: market rent reviews, vacancy management and occupancy optimisation
• Tenant relations: handling inquiries, service requests and complaints, and building tenant satisfaction and retention
• Property operations: inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor and vendor management, utilities, handovers, emergency response and business continuity
• Financial management: assisting with property budgets, monitoring income and expenses, maintaining records, preparing reports for owners and supporting cost control
• Compliance and risk: health, safety and environmental requirements, insurance matters, legal case support and dispute resolution, and documentation and record retention
• Asset management: monitoring asset performance, recommending capital improvements and advising owners on value preservation

Required profile

• 5+ years of property management experience in the UAE
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business or a related field
• Familiarity with EJARI, the DLD portal and Dubai tenancy laws
• RERA certification preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
