Senior QA Automation Engineer – Digital Services and Integrations

About the role

The Senior QA Automation Engineer will own quality assurance across web, mobile, enterprise applications and integrations for the Smart Services department. You will establish automated regression coverage, provide testing evidence and make release‑readiness recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Define risk‑based test strategies, plans, scenarios and requirements traceability.
• Perform end‑to‑end testing across portals, mobile apps, CRM, approvals, payments and integrations.
• Build and maintain automated web, mobile and API regression suites using Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Validate API contracts, authentication, data mapping, retries and failure handling with Postman/Newman.
• Test Dynamics 365 and Power Platform changes, workflows, permissions and data consistency.
• Validate Arabic/English content, RTL layouts, accessibility and browser/device compatibility.
• Conduct performance testing with k6 or JMeter and application security checks within authorized scope.
• Manage defects, verify fixes and track recurring quality issues.
• Coordinate UAT and provide release‑readiness recommendations.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software QA experience, including at least 3 years in automated testing.
• Strong communication and reporting skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• ISTQB certification preferred.

Required skills

• Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium (or equivalent mobile automation frameworks).
• Postman/Newman for API testing.
• JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java programming.
• k6 or JMeter for performance testing.
• SQL Server and Dataverse data validation.
• Dynamics 365 or Power Platform testing experience.
• Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Git.
• Understanding of OWASP risks and accessibility testing.
