Senior QA Engineer (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer who is fluent in Arabic to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality of enterprise‑level eCommerce airline solutions across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver reliable software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases and scenarios.
• Implement the QA strategy for eCommerce airline websites and mobile applications.
• Participate in requirements reviews to guarantee testability.
• Create and maintain traceability between business requirements and test cases.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver or similar tools.
• Prepare test environments, data and execute functional, regression, UI and integration testing.
• Validate releases and provide Go/No‑Go recommendations.
• Log, track and verify defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers.
• Communicate testing progress, risks and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) and English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ownership, accountability and proactive attitude.
• Immediate availability or able to join within two weeks.

Required skills

• Selenium WebDriver (mandatory)
• HTML, XML
• Microsoft SQL Server and basic SQL
• Source control tools (Git, SVN, Azure DevOps)
• Test planning, functional testing, UI testing, regression testing, test automation
• Experience testing web and mobile applications
• Knowledge of QTP/UFT (advantage)
• Agile/Scrum methodology
