About the role

Careers International is recruiting a Senior QA Engineer in Dubai within the oil and gas sector. The engineer leads quality assurance initiatives so that project execution aligns with ISO 9001 standards, covering audits, documentation and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and systems
Conduct internal and external quality audits
Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and maintain its documentation
Review and approve inspection test plans
Lead root cause analysis for non-conformities
Coordinate with project and client QA teams
Support project closeout with quality documentation
Train staff on quality procedures and standards

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
IRCA Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001
Minimum 5 years of QA experience
Oil and gas industry experience preferred

Required skills

Strong understanding of ISO and QA standards
Experience with quality control tools and techniques
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent report writing and documentation
