Senior QA/QC Engineer – PMC

About the role

Wood is looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer to join the PMC team on a major offshore project for ADNOC in Abu Dhabi. The engineer will ensure that all engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities meet ADNOC requirements, project specifications and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess contractor quality performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct quality surveillance, audits and inspections on site.
• Verify compliance with the Project Quality Management System and approved specifications.
• Coordinate with the Lead QA/QC Engineer and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prepare and review quality documentation, non‑conformance reports and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in QA/QC for large‑scale oil & gas or offshore construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, international codes and quality management procedures.
• Proven ability to work closely with contractors, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
