Senior Quality Assurance Inspector

About the role

The Senior Quality Assurance Inspector will ensure product and process quality and compliance by performing inspections, testing, and documentation according to defined standards and customer requirements. The role supports quality assurance activities, manages non‑conformance issues, and provides accurate reporting to maintain high product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities as directed, including participation in customer inspections to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
• Identify and report product defects by raising Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) or punch lists, and monitor the resolution of non‑conforming products until closure.
• Prepare detailed test reports, inspection records, Certificates of Conformity and warranty certificates in accordance with project requirements, and coordinate responses to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) comments.
• Manage design change documents, ensuring proper registration, traceability and handover of marked‑up drawings to the design office for as‑built preparation.
• Conduct site inspections of damaged panels, produce comprehensive reports with findings and recommendations, and support the implementation of quality standards for products and processes.

Required profile

• Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance, inspection or testing within electrical or electromechanical environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and supervisors, follow directions and provide feedback.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and machinery efficiently, adhering to delivery schedules and work instructions.
• Commitment to comply with company policies, procedures and safety standards.
