Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its infrastructure team in Abu Dhabi. You will work on newly awarded projects across a range of sectors, providing cost and contract expertise for high‑profile developments in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Work on newly awarded infrastructure and building projects across various locations in the UAE.
• Utilise QS software Cost X (or similar) to prepare cost estimates, budgets and financial reports.
• Apply knowledge of FIDIC contracts to manage contractual and commercial aspects.
• Produce technical documentation and reports in English, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, presenting findings and recommendations.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post‑degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• At least 4 years of consultant and/or client‑side experience.
• Experience in sectors such as hospitality, residential, buildings or infrastructure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
