Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management and contract administration for our growing construction portfolio in the UAE. You will be responsible for accurate measurement of works, cost control, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities at all design stages.
• Develop and validate project specifications and tender documentation.
• Manage the tender process, including bidder evaluation, negotiation and award.
• Administer contracts under FIDIC forms, handling notices and contractual instruments.
• Maintain projected cash flow, monitor expenditures and issue regular financial reports.
• Process contractor payments, verify work completion and coordinate with the finance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract administration.
• Ability to lead tender teams and negotiate with suppliers.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
