Senior Quantity Surveyor - Landscape & Infrastructure

About the role

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Landscape and Infrastructure projects based in Abu Dhabi. The role leads the commercial and quantity surveying function from head office, supporting multiple ongoing sites across the emirate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full QS cycle: cost estimation, BOQ preparation, budgeting and cost control for Landscape and Infrastructure projects
• Handle pre-contracts, tendering, rate analysis and subcontractor evaluation
• Prepare interim valuations, variations, claims and final accounts
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow and cost forecasting across multiple projects
• Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts and procurement
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Planning and Finance on commercial reporting
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC and contract conditions
• Lead and mentor the QS team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• 10-12+ years of experience in UAE on Infrastructure and Landscape projects
• Strong experience in a head office role managing multiple projects
• Expertise in cost management, contracts and claims (FIDIC)
• Currently residing in the UAE preferred
