Senior Real Estate Advisor

About the role

Golden Oak Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Advisor to own the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and drive results in Dubai’s dynamic property market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and provide advisory support to buyers, sellers, landlords and investors.
• Leverage market data to deliver informed recommendations and create property showcases, market updates, and social‑media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Golden Oak’s digital presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven real‑estate sales experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Demonstrated track record of independently closing deals.
• Strong network and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Self‑driven, accountable, and target‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and generate business independently.
• Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera.
