About the role
Wadan Developments is looking for an experienced recruiter in Dubai to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, project and site-based positions in the construction and contracting industry. The role suits someone with a strong background in the construction or contracting sector.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers and site personnel.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified construction professionals.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Mandatory recruitment experience within the construction or contracting industry.
- Strong understanding of construction roles and technical requirements.
- Excellent sourcing, screening and communication skills.
