Senior Relationship Manager – Services & Manufacturing

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will lead the Syndication & Structured Finance (SSF) unit, driving new business, managing client relationships and ensuring delivery of structured finance solutions across local, regional and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target markets, develop new business and implement the annual marketing plan for the SSF unit.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers in banks, financial institutions and public shareholding companies to originate business and meet financial targets.
• Review existing portfolio, create account plans and recommend credit facilities in line with the bank’s policies.
• Coordinate with internal groups to deliver structured finance solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Lead, train, develop and evaluate the SSF team while monitoring market, regulatory and competitive developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in marketing or corporate finance, preferably with a CA/MBA qualification.
• Strong credit, legal and marketing knowledge with a deep understanding of UAE, regional and international debt capital markets.
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication and analytical skills.
