Senior Resident Engineer

About the role

KEO International Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to lead the construction supervision team on a high‑rise tower project in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with contract requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site engineers, surveyors, inspectors, and all disciplines on the construction site.
• Oversee civil, infrastructure, building, landscape, and irrigation works linked to high‑rise towers.
• Make senior‑level project decisions and coordinate with relevant authorities.
• Apply DM General Conditions of Contract, quality assurance, quantity surveying, and project network techniques.
• Prepare instructions, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in civil engineering and construction supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Effective time‑management and supervisory abilities.
