Senior Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Retail Supervisor will lead Gulfa's retail sales team across the UAE, driving market penetration and revenue growth in supermarkets, hypermarkets and modern trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach a large retail sales team to achieve and exceed sales, distribution and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies that increase market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and major accounts.
• Ensure flawless execution of merchandising standards, planograms, product visibility and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor actions, pricing trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits, performance reviews and field coaching for the sales team.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports and business development plans for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven UAE retail sales and supervisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE retail market, including supermarkets, hypermarkets and key retail chains.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large retail teams and deliver outstanding sales results.
• Strong analytical, reporting and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
