Senior Risk Control Audit Strategy Engineer

About the role

Careers International is looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior Risk Control Audit Strategy Engineer to join its Risk Management team in Dubai. The role covers setting up and running internal supervision and review processes, building regular audit plans and giving constructive suggestions, while working across departments and analysing business data to promote effective risk control.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and implement a comprehensive internal supervision and review process, and develop and maintain a regular inspection plan.
• Communicate with other departments to improve internal work processes, and formulate and execute regular audit plans.
• Analyse data from different business segments, identify problems, and issue risk assessments and reports.
• Issue timely warnings on potential risks and help resolve and clean up identified risks.

Required profile

• Over 3 years of experience in risk control, auditing, system construction and copywriting within large-scale businesses and internet companies.
• Strong logical thinking, clear communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
• High sensitivity to data and risk control, proactive attitude, strong work ethic and independent learning.
• Strong proficiency in Chinese and English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online operation systems and good understanding of production environment processes.
• Data analysis skills, with a preference for candidates skilled in SQL.
• Proficiency in various office software.
