Senior Sales Consultant - Armani Fashion, Dubai Mall

About the role

Armani Fashion is hiring a Senior Sales Consultant for its store at Dubai Mall. The role delivers excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, giving advice and demonstrating suitable products, building relationships with key customers and maintaining store standards so that sales targets are achieved and customer loyalty is cultivated.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer warmly and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
• Identify customer needs through questions, confidently recommend and demonstrate products, suggest link products and close the sale.
• Receive cash or payments in any authorised mode, issue receipts and bills, and provide professional cash point service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, fashion trends and in-store promotions.
• Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager.
• Keep displays, fitting rooms and stock areas clean and organised.
• Check stock levels daily and report depleting stock to the store manager for replenishment.
• Comply with company policies, including refund and exchange, security and health and safety policies.
• Add customers to the database and enter their details accurately on the POS system.
• Minimise stock loss by staying vigilant on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

Required profile

• High school qualification.
• 3 to 4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
