Senior Sales Engineer

About the role
The Senior Sales Engineer will support new equipment operations, handling estimations, contract preparation and negotiations while ensuring Otis is the preferred partner in competitive bids.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare contracts, negotiate and finalize agreements with clients under the guidance of the Manager – New Equipment.
- Develop estimates, quotations and technical documents for new equipment proposals.
- Execute sales strategies to increase market share across all Otis product lines.
- Maintain competitive intelligence and build strong relationships with developers and contractors.
- Coordinate with After‑market and Service departments to implement contract terms and conduct product inspections.
- Maintain the contracts database in the MIS system and provide regular reports and forecasts.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's in Business Administration preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of elevator/escalator sales and marketing experience in the UAE.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
