Senior Sales Engineer (Remote, UAE)

About the role

As a Sales Engineer you will demonstrate the value of Camunda’s platform and guide organisations planning to automate core business processes. You will accompany prospective customers through product evaluation, answer technical questions and drive the evaluation to a win.

Key responsibilities

• Map customer requirements to Camunda’s product portfolio.
• Quantify potential business value (both quantitative and qualitative).
• Develop evaluation plans and custom demos for prospects.
• Conduct product demos and handle Q&A sessions.
• Support the completion of RFI/RFP documentation.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop accounts.
• Organise and execute pre‑sales engagements.
• Implement code snippets and sample integrations.
• Create and maintain pre‑sales content and technical artefacts.

Required profile

• Willingness and ability to use Camunda’s product.
• Strong technical foundation (degree in CS/IS or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven sales‑engineering or pre‑sales experience with value‑based selling.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent English (C1/C2); Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings.

Required skills

• Experience in enterprise automation, BPM, process orchestration, RPA or Agentic‑AI.
• Familiarity with value‑based selling and value‑engineering frameworks.
• Understanding of the process‑automation product landscape.
• Industry experience in BFSI, logistics, health‑care, telco, etc.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
