Senior Sales Executive – Hybrid (Dubai)

About the role

3S Money is scaling rapidly and seeks a high‑performing Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across international markets. The role combines autonomy, high earning potential and the chance to make a visible impact in a fast‑growing fintech scale‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales across targeted markets and win new business through strategic prospecting and existing networks.
• Manage the full sales cycle from origination to close, building relationships with founders, CFOs and key decision‑makers.
• Develop partnerships with legal, corporate and professional service firms to expand the portfolio.
• Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline and collaborate with client management and revenue leadership to grow long‑term client value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience selling fintech, FX, payments or banking solutions.
• Proven outbound B2B sales track record with a network of international contacts.
• Strong commercial judgement, consultative sales approach and experience in sectors such as wholesale, e‑commerce, logistics or professional services.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Experience with international payments, foreign exchange and virtual IBANs.
• Relationship‑led sales methodology and ability to develop strategic partnerships.
