Senior Sales Executive – Sports Category

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to lead our sports category in the UAE. The role focuses on developing new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sports category.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, distributors, and corporate customers.
• Promote and sell sports products, equipment, apparel, or related solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in sports, sporting goods, fitness or related industry.
• Strong business development, negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and good English communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred, depending on travel requirements.
