Senior Sales Representative – Enterprise Accounts

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative – Enterprise Accounts will manage and grow CES's largest strategic enterprise customers across the Middle East, positioning MathWorks engineering and scientific software as a key enabler for their digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and long‑term relationship management.
• Develop comprehensive account plans covering stakeholder mapping, whitespace opportunities, competitive landscape and multi‑year growth initiatives.
• Build relationships across engineering, procurement, IT, R&D and C‑level executives to translate strategic objectives into business opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity generation, technical evaluation and proof of concept to commercial negotiation and closure.
• Coordinate CES and MathWorks resources—including sales, application engineering, services and marketing—to execute account strategies.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity data in the CRM system and conduct regular account reviews.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Science, Technology or related discipline.
• 10+ years of B2B sales or enterprise account management experience, preferably in engineering software or digital transformation.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Strong consultative, solution‑selling methodology and ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory.
