About the role
The Senior Sales Team Leader will be based in Riyadh and will head a dynamic sales team for WORKSPACE, a leading manufacturer and supplier of modern office furniture. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving sales performance, building client relationships, and supporting business growth across the GCC region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed defined sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
- Analyse sales data to optimise performance and report insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with design, production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales metrics.
- Results‑driven, able to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

- Experience using sales tools and analytics platforms.
