About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our regional sales and business development efforts in Dubai. The role focuses on driving growth for D Prime’s multi‑asset CFD trading platform across global markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high‑value client portfolio, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
  • Recruit, mentor and lead a team of Business Development Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement forward‑looking sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and optimise lead conversion.
  • Leverage analytics to refine sales processes and deliver measurable results.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience, preferably within financial services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and building high‑performing teams.
  • Strategic vision combined with hands‑on leadership abilities.
  • Strong expertise in business development and client acquisition.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and data‑driven decision making.
