About the role
Quad Dream is looking for an experienced Senior Scaffolding Design Engineer to join its engineering team in Dubai. The role focuses on creating safe, cost‑effective temporary works solutions, performing structural calculations, and delivering detailed design documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive scaffolding design drawings, calculation packages and material schedules.
- Perform structural engineering analyses to ensure compliance with international and regional safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and site personnel to support seamless implementation of temporary works.
- Review complex site requirements and propose practical, cost‑efficient design alternatives.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding and temporary works design.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Advanced proficiency in STAAD Pro and other structural analysis software.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding design, load calculations and construction site coordination.
