Senior Security Engineer

About the role

Analog is building the next generation of physical intelligence and needs a senior security professional to establish its first InfoSec team. This hands‑on technical leadership role will shape the cybersecurity strategy for a fast‑growing AI‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive security roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design, implement and manage security architectures for cloud, on‑premises and hybrid environments.
• Develop, enforce and continuously improve security policies, frameworks and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling and vulnerability management to mitigate threats.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2 and CIS benchmarks.
• Lead incident response activities, including investigation, containment and remediation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security into product development and operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating end‑to‑end security solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud, on‑premises and hybrid security architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with risk assessment, threat modeling and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with major security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2, CIS).
• Ability to lead incident response and work closely with engineering, product and leadership teams.
