Senior Service Advisor

About the role

Al Rostamani Group is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to lead a small branch and ensure seamless vehicle service delivery. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, overseeing workshop, parts, and delivery operations while meeting financial and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote service contracts and upsell service products to achieve labour sales and service campaign targets.
• Handle petty cash, collect payments from service/parts customers, settle monthly bills, and manage bank deposits.
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment for efficient operations.
• Supervise work‑in‑progress to ensure timely branch revenue recognition.
• Receive, inspect, and deliver vehicles according to customer requirements, preventing disputes at hand‑over.
• Explain service details and costs to customers, justifying expenses.
• Implement work instructions for quick vehicle turnaround.
• Notify customers of delays, parts availability, warranty coverage, or delivery issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage a service branch and coordinate workshop, parts, and delivery teams.
• Strong customer‑facing skills to act as the main point of contact.
• Experience meeting labour and parts sales targets in an automotive environment.
