Senior Site Architect – Construction Supervision

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Architect to lead the supervision and quality control of finishing works on high‑rise construction projects. The role involves managing the construction process from the finishes stage through to handover, ensuring compliance with design intent, specifications, and local authority regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project construction from finishes stage to completion, supervising blockwork, plaster, cladding, joinery, aluminium and other finishes.
• Attend and assist site meetings, coordinate with main and sub‑contractors, and provide timely information to the site team.
• Conduct weekly site visits, produce site visit reports and non‑conformance reports (NCR) for contractors.
• Review IFC and CAD drawings, material submittals, shop drawings and method statements before release to site.
• Act as log master for all discipline submittals, ensuring release within contractual periods.
• Register site changes, assess cost and time implications, and maintain an action list for follow‑up.
• Ensure adherence to local authority approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to architectural staff and resolve interdisciplinary clashes.

Required profile

• Strong commitment, responsibility and creativity with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and supervise high‑rise construction projects.
• Background in supervision consultancy for super high‑rise buildings.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software for reviewing and modifying drawings.
