Senior Site Architect – High Rise Residential Buildings

About the role

Connexa Recruitment is partnering with an award‑winning international architectural practice to find a Senior Site Architect for prestigious tall residential projects in Dubai. You will lead the on‑site architectural team, ensuring the design intent is faithfully executed throughout construction while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on‑site architectural activities, coordinating with engineers, project managers, and contractors.
• Monitor construction progress to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Review and approve architectural plans, shop drawings, and material specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with drawings, codes, and safety standards.
• Act as the primary client liaison for architectural matters, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, design changes, and material specifications.
• Collaborate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to integrate designs.
• Mentor junior architects and promote best practices within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of site‑based architectural experience, including at least 3 years in a senior on‑site leadership role.
• Proven experience on high‑rise residential buildings up to G+30 floors and large‑scale tower projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit.
