Senior Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Senior Social Media & Content Manager to elevate our digital presence and showcase our real‑estate portfolio with a high‑end aesthetic. This hybrid role blends strategic storytelling with hands‑on production, requiring you to lead creative direction while actively shooting and editing content.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative concept, scripting and hook development for main brand channels and agent‑generated content (EGC) programs.
• Partner with agents to map their unique brand pillars and craft high‑authority digital identities.
• Manage the batch‑shooting calendar, direct videographers and editors on‑set and in post‑production to ensure a seamless pipeline.
• Align all content with business objectives and track performance against defined KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury real‑estate, hospitality or lifestyle brand content creation.
• Strong aesthetic sense for storytelling and visual design.
• Ability to lead a creative team while remaining a hands‑on creator.
• Deep understanding of social‑media algorithms and digital marketing strategy.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency with professional camera equipment.
• Advanced editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or Capcut.
