Senior Specialist – Services Sourcing

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Services Sourcing will support daily procurement operations, placing purchase orders and managing supply demands in line with corporate policies and service levels. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role works closely with internal stakeholders and category experts to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Buyer and Category Expert in developing annual sourcing plans and Business Target Agreements for assigned categories.
• Identify end‑user department needs, profile spending and participate in cross‑functional sourcing projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, treating them as key clients.
• Measure and manage supplier performance, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct negotiations on assigned sourcing projects, applying Total Cost of Ownership and best‑value principles.
• Maintain data quality for contracts and supplier databases and contribute to procurement standards, tools and policies.
• Support performance reporting, safety compliance and cross‑business optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to manage supplier performance and drive improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Familiarity with procurement policies, data integrity and reporting.
