Senior Specialist, Special Projects & Performance

About the role

Talabat is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead special projects and drive performance across its markets. You will analyse business metrics, develop strategic recommendations and support P&L management to enhance growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance data, identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present insightful reports for senior management, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct country‑specific deep‑dives to uncover turnaround and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to address issues impacting business performance.
• Lead AI initiatives within performance teams to boost productivity.
• Partner with local teams on budgeting, set growth targets and ensure P&L adherence.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a strong analytical mindset.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and data‑driven decision making.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn and propose creative solutions.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration experience.
