About the role
We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance enterprise web applications. You will work across the full stack, shaping architecture, driving best practices, and mentoring teams to build responsive, scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement reusable, testable React components using TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain robust Node.js/Express.js back‑end services and RESTful APIs.
- Architect build pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and containerised deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor, benchmark, and optimise front‑end and back‑end performance.
- Collaborate with product and QA teams to ensure high quality releases.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience with React (TypeScript) and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of data structures, NoSQL databases, and modern web standards.
- Hands‑on experience with performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring in production.
- Familiarity with banking or retail domain is a plus.
