Senior Staff Nurse – Al Khawaneej

About the role

Provides age‑specific, patient‑centered care and manages the clinical aspects of the Al Khawaneej satellite clinic, ensuring safe patient flow and coordination with the Patient Relations Supervisor and the Director.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients using age‑appropriate techniques and document all relevant data in the medical record.
• Coordinate and prioritize care plans, initiate transfers, and ensure timely completion of clinical pathways.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and safe handling of narcotic/controlled drugs.
• Supervise nursing staff, ensure competency and life‑support certifications are current.
• Participate in quality‑improvement activities, incident reporting, and KPI audits.
• Oversee pre‑screening, environmental audits, stock levels, and communication with patient‑relations and revenue‑cycle teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and valid RN registration in home country.
• 3‑5 years post‑graduate nursing experience, preferably with team‑lead or senior RN background.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
• Valid license to practice in the last employing country.
