Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our technical team in Dubai, supporting high‑rise, mixed‑use, residential, commercial and hospitality projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate structural engineering activities, ensuring compliance with design standards and project requirements.
• Review and control structural submittals, shop drawings, material submissions and method statements.
• Manage BIM models, participate in coordination meetings and resolve clashes with other disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams, visit construction sites and address structural issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree and Chartered Engineer status are advantages.
• 10‑15 years of structural engineering experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC contracting environment.
• Proven experience on high‑rise residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use developments.

Required skills

• AutoCAD, Revit Structure, Navisworks and BIM‑based workflows.
• Structural analysis software: ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.
• Design of reinforced concrete and structural steel elements.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, ACI, BS and Eurocodes.
