Senior Supervisor – Offshore Mechanical Projects

About the role

Penspen is urgently hiring a Senior Supervisor for an offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves direct field supervision and coordination of mechanical and related offshore activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct field supervision and operational coordination for mechanical and associated offshore activities within the assigned work area.
• Coordinate work crews, subcontractors and specialist personnel to ensure safe, efficient execution in line with approved procedures, work packs, drawings and project requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience, including at least 5+ years in offshore projects.
• Demonstrated experience supervising field work and handling wellhead towers, piping, valves and production facilities.
• Preferred background in PMC/EPC environments.
• Previous ADNOC offshore experience is an advantage.
