Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Consultant (3PL/4PL)

About the role

Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or Dubai, UAE, the Senior Consultant will lead end‑to‑end research, consulting and advisory engagements across supply chain, logistics, 3PL/4PL and contract logistics. The role combines strategic advisory with practical knowledge of warehousing and fulfilment operations, without requiring hands‑on warehouse management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagements from origination through delivery, implementation and closure, ensuring measurable client outcomes.
• Develop integrated delivery plans, manage budgets, resources and risk, and own project economics and commercial performance.
• Conduct primary market research and translate intelligence into strategic recommendations for supply chain and logistics operating models.
• Advise clients on outsourcing decisions, provider selection, network design, service levels, commercial models and performance improvement.
• Prepare fact‑based business cases, financial models, KPI frameworks and transformation roadmaps.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years in management or strategy consulting, supply chain/logistics advisory, or similar client‑facing roles.
• Strong consulting mindset with ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or master’s preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with GCC clients, governments or major logistics providers.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with transport management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of visibility platforms, control‑tower solutions and supply‑chain analytics tools.
• Familiarity with automation, integration and digital enablement technologies.
