Senior System Administrator – Infrastructure (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator / Infrastructure Administrator to join our Dubai team. The role involves managing, maintaining and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory, including user provisioning, de‑provisioning, GPOs and access control.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments and Veritas Enterprise Vault for email archiving.
• Maintain Microsoft Hyper‑V clusters, replication and high‑availability configurations.
• Administer Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps, publishing applications and monitoring performance.
• Oversee SCCM for software deployment, OS deployment, patching and compliance reporting, and Ivanti Security Controls for vulnerability remediation.
• Operate Veeam Backup & Replication and Commvault backup solutions, including disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Support HPE Synergy infrastructure and HPE rack servers, coordinating hardware lifecycle and vendor support.
• Monitor system health, performance logs and alerts, maintain documentation, SOPs and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on infrastructure administration experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage critical enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What we offer

• Contract position (4‑month extendable) with a salary budget of 10,000 AED, negotiable.
