Senior System Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to lead the administration, security, and support of our Microsoft 365 and related infrastructure. The role is based onsite in Dubai and offers the chance to work on high‑impact projects such as cloud migrations, hybrid messaging, and security enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Administer Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and hybrid messaging environments.
• Oversee Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, MFA, Conditional Access, and enterprise applications.
• Support MDM/MAM solutions, primarily via Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain PKI/CA infrastructure, AD CS, SSL certificates, and certificate lifecycle.
• Administer email security platforms such as EOP, Defender for O365, SMTP gateways, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Provide support for Trellix security products and endpoint protection.
• Manage Infoblox DNS and related DNS services.
• Implement security patches, performance optimisations, and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Lead mailbox migrations, Microsoft 365 transformation projects, and hybrid cloud initiatives.
• Deliver L3 support, incident management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Immediate availability or notice period up to 30 days.
• Proven experience in administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Hybrid, and Azure AD environments.
• Strong background in security, PKI, and endpoint protection.
• Ability to work independently and lead complex migration projects.
