Senior Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our group-wide hiring strategy across multiple business units in Dubai. The role focuses on executive hiring, workforce planning, and building a strong employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including executive search, headhunting, and high‑volume hiring.
• Partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs and make strategic hiring decisions.
• Optimize ATS usage, track recruitment analytics, and enforce KPIs and process governance.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, with strong executive search and high‑volume hiring exposure.
• Filipino candidate preferred.
• Experience in diversified groups such as construction, real estate, retail, hospitality or conglomerates.
