About the role

Clear Engineering is recruiting, on behalf of a data centre start-up, a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in Dubai. The business is expanding its talent acquisition function to support a major increase in projects worldwide, and the role suits a construction, engineering or real estate recruiter who can set talent acquisition strategy, hire and lead teams, and source and manage senior-level candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Play a key part in the global talent acquisition strategy
• Engage with senior-level candidates up to C-Suite, ensuring they fit the business and managing them through the recruitment process
• Hire across multiple verticals within projects and construction
• Negotiate compensation and packages to attract top talent
• Facilitate a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance through to integration
• Manage onboarding so candidates transition smoothly into their roles

Required profile

• 5-10 years of experience in construction, engineering or real estate recruitment
• Experience managing and leading a team
• Proven senior-level recruitment experience with a strong understanding of the relevant market
