Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple sectors, including Oil & Gas and IT, within the UAE market. The successful candidate will drive sourcing strategies, manage job advertising, and ensure a seamless hiring experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Post job advertisements on various platforms while maintaining strong employer branding.
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates efficiently.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
• Ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and trackers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the UAE market.
• Proven experience hiring for technical roles in Oil & Gas, IT, and other industries.
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency is highly preferred.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
