About the role

Bybit is seeking a high‑performing Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global recruitment team. The role focuses on strategic hiring for senior and leadership‑level technical positions across EMEA and Asia, supporting rapid growth in the cryptocurrency and fintech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for senior and leadership technical roles in engineering, product, security and other high‑complexity functions.
• Partner with C‑suite and senior business leaders to define hiring needs and deliver top‑tier talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, executive search, market mapping and talent intelligence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on talent strategy, interview processes and decision‑making.
• Champion a best‑in‑class candidate experience across multiple geographies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in senior/leadership technical hiring.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, technology or fast‑paced digital sectors.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written) for cross‑border stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and manage global senior stakeholders.
